Description
These cotton swabs are designed for applying round decals and detailing figures or dolls. A wet swab smooths out decals by removing excess water and air bubbles, while a dry swab can hold paint for precise makeup application or wipe away excess.
For use when applying round decals: Slightly wet a cotton swab with water and roll it over the surface. This removes excess water and air bubbles from under the decal.
For use when applying makeup to triangular figures and dolls: Use a dry cotton swab. Apply paint to the tip of the cotton swab and use it for applying makeup around the eyes and mouth, or to wipe away any excess paint.
