Return/Exchange Policy

Eligible returns or exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after purchase date. Eligible returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.  Final sale items are not applicable for returns or exchanges. All exchanged items are Final Sale. All Panda Reward redepmtion items are Final Sale.

In-Store Eligibility:

  1. Up to 14 days from the date of purchase on the receipt
  2. Item(s) must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when it was purchased

Online Eligibility:

  1. Up to 14 days from the tracking delivered date
  2. Item(s) must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received or a restocking fee will be applied
  3. Item(s) must be packaged securely
  4. The shipping fees must be prepaid (We do not cover shipping fee) and the package must be trackable. If possible, send the item(s) in the same shipping box that it arrived in.

Once we receive your return we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card less shipping fees.

 

Final Sale Items

Paints, thinners, pigments, markers, and consumables that do not have an additional seal are final sale.

Tools, paintbrushes and or items that cannot be verified that it has not been (items without seal) used are final sale.

Any items on sale, clearance, or marked final sale are considered final sale. All collectibles, Trading Cards, blind boxes, exclusive or limited edition items are final sale. 

 

Cancelation Policy

Pre-orders, orders placed into the Vault, or for Pickup are not able to be canceled.

Shipping Orders that do not have a tracking number can be canceled and you will be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Damaged and Defective Items

Any item that arrives defective or is damaged during transit is eligible for an exchange for the same item or a replacement part, depending on the issue. Store credit may also be offered based on the extent of the damage. All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To assist in resolving the issue, we may ask you to email a photo of the damaged or defective item to help determine whether a full replacement or a replacement part is the best solution.

Please note that the following do not qualify as product defects:

Minor cosmetic paint imperfections
Packaging condition

Items bought using Panda Reward points are valued at the price paid. If you bought an item for $100 and used a redemption for $20 off, your exchange value is $80 (the amount that was paid)
