Description
The MG 1/100 Gundam Exia Repair II is a Premium Bandai (P-Bandai) exclusive Master Grade model kit. This kit replicates the upgraded, refined form of the iconic GN-001 Gundam Exia as seen in the final battle of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Season 2. Built upon the solid 2009 Master Grade Exia inner frame, it incorporates newly molded armor pieces and parts to showcase the mobile suit’s technological evolution.
Key Features & Design Changes
- Upgraded Outer Armor: Features newly molded parts for the shoulders, rear waist, and calves. These changes reflect the lore-accurate removal of the external GN power cables, which were replaced with internal GN particle conduits.
- Rear Armor GN Drive Gimmick: The rear waist armor is redesigned to accommodate the updated GN Drive mechanism, which features opening and closing utility vents used to boost particle emission during combat.
- GN Condenser Color Variations: The kit utilizes clear green plastic parts for the chest, head, and limb GN condensers to capture the distinct light-catching aesthetics of Celestial Being's mobile suits.
Included Weapon Arsenal
- GN Sword Kai: The defining weapon upgrade for the Repair II. This modified version features a newly molded clear-green GN beam edge material along the sword blade, increasing its sharpness and destructive power.
- Classic Exia Armaments: Includes the GN Beam Sabers and GN Beam Daggers (with clear pink beam effect parts), along with the standard GN Shield and GN Short/Long Blades for alternative loadout configurations.
- Accessories: Includes a sheet of custom marking stickers and dry-transfer decals, a standing pilot figure of Setsuna F. Seiei, and an inner frame cockpit pod layout.
