Description

Classy 'n Dressy has released a new product: a water-based emulsion paint called "Acrysion" that has been improved for crafts! It comes in a different range of colors than the original "Acrysion".

Product Features

- By increasing the paint viscosity compared to conventional Acrysion paints for model making, the color application and handling during brush painting have been improved.

It can be used in a wide range of craft painting applications, such as brush painting on resin and wood, or mixing it into polymer clay for coloring.

The finish is matte, and once completely dry, it has a texture similar to building blocks.

• While minimizing the use of organic solvents, we have achieved a perfect balance between paint performance and safety. It is non-flammable and meets the strict European chemical substance regulations.

By using only organic solvents that do not violate the Odor Prevention Law, the generation of solvent odors is minimized, significantly improving the working environment.

Despite being a water-based paint, it achieves both quick drying and high film strength.

Unlike solvent-based paints that dissolve plastic resins to adhere, this paint adheres using its own inherent bonding power. It can be applied to highly solvent-resistant urethane resins without a primer. It can also be applied to polycarbonate. However, adhesion performance will be improved if surface preparation including a primer is performed.

Regarding Dilution
・It can be used as is without dilution. If it is difficult to apply, add 1-2 drops of water or Acrysion Retarder (recommended). Be careful not to dilute it too much, as this will cause the pigment to run easily and result in uneven color on the painted surface.
・When using with an airbrush, please use Acrysion Airbrush Thinner (Dilution ratio: approximately 1 part paint to 2 parts thinner).Brushes, airbrushes, and other tools can be washed with water after painting, provided the paint is still wet. Once dry, the paint will not dissolve in water, so please use an Acrysion-specific tool cleaner to clean them.
