Bandai TCG+ Register Required

Each player needs to acquire a ticket on pandahobby.ca and sign up on Bandai TCG+ to join

All event tickets must be purchased online through the Panda Hobby website or in-store prior to the event date.

Day of tickets are first come first serve.

*Player Must Sign up on Bandai TCG+

Cancellation: Players must cancel their entry at least 48 hours before the event date to be eligible for a refund.

No Show: Paid entries are non-refundable.

Refunds: All approved refunds will be issued as a Panda Hobby Gift Card only.

If a player anticipates being late, they must notify a Panda Hobby crew member by phone at least 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time and provide an estimated time of arrival.

If the player exceeds the agreed-upon estimated arrival time, their spot will be forfeited and offered to the next person on the waitlist.

In this instance, no refund will be provided.

Prizes & Participation:

  • The final prize pool for store credit is dependent on event attendance.

    • X-0 Record: 40% of the total Prize Pool. Number of rounds held will continue until there is one X-0 player remaining.

    • X-1 Record: 60% of the total Prize Pool is split among players with this ranking.

  • Promo Pack: While supplies last. All players will receive a promo pack after the first round [TBC ~ We will confirm for each event if we have promos]
