Description
1/12 scale assembly kit "Little Armory" that combines realism and movable figures. As for the new product, we will commercialize the light machine gun "M249 type" that is familiar in movies and animation works. It is an item that makes a picture even if you give it to a movable figure with an appropriate size and volume!
About M249 type
The M249 is a Belgian squad automatic weapon (SAW) adopted by the US military in 1982. It is a firearm that can fire the same 5.56 mm bullets as the main rifle M16 and M4 rifles, and it is also possible to share the magazine if necessary. It is more than 3kg lighter than the conventional general-purpose machine gun M60 and has a shorter overall length, so it can be operated by a single soldier without the need for an ammunition assistant. The firepower of the M249 is said to be equivalent to 12 M16-equipped riflemen, making it a very reliable presence for the infantry squad. This kit reproduces the most standard M249 setup with a long barrel and heat shield, resin handguards and stock. The feed cover and bipod can be opened and closed. Includes a resin box magazine that holds 200 5.56mm belt link bullets.
