What payment method is used for the transaction?
Depending on the specific trade-in, our specialists can offer either store credit or cash payments. Each situation is different and our specialist will guide you through it.
How does trade in work?
First, send us a list of the items you wish to trade in, including photos of their current condition.
We will respond with a price estimate. Once agreed, we will schedule a date for you to drop off or mail the items.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the kits for damages, missing parts, and overall condition. If everything matches your description, your payment will be issued the following business day.
What do you accept for Trade-In?
We currently accept the follwing:

Right now we don't accept:
- Ships
- Tanks
- Planes
- Bootleg Kits

Item Condition Requirement
In order for your items to be accepted in a Trade In, your items must be:
- Unassembled
- In Box
- Bags sealed
- No Missing Parts
- In Sellable Condition
Discrepancies and Deductions
If the items received do not match the condition submitted in your initial form, we may deduct an amount from the total offer or refuse the item for trade-in entirely.
